I am requesting bids to replace a 40-gal tall, natural gas hot water heater that is located in the garage at my Mother's house. My preference is for a Bradford White, Model MI404T6FBN or the energy saver M440T6FBN.

I want to eliminate my current 50 gallon gas water heater and replace it with a gas tankless water heater. We are adding a mater bath to our bedroom with a 6 foot soaking tub. We have a 3 bedroom house and only two people live in the house. The 50 gallon tank currently is satisfactory, but it is starting to leak and I doubt it will handle the soaking tub. I want an estimate on the cost of a tankless hot water heater installed.

75 gallon gas water heater installed in 1984. Need to replace with one that is more energy efficient and has the performance to handle the capacity of a 3500 sq foot house.

We have a Tankless water heater that is not working properly... a Paloma we purchased from HomeDepot. I would like to get an estimate for a Rinnai. This is for a Propane installation. We have the 4" vent and 3/4" gas line for the current installation.
